What is a Buyer Consultation - And Why Do I Need One?
A Buyer Consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss what is important to you; this includes not just what you are looking for in your next home, but it gives us time to go over the process of buying a home. We will talk about financing, and review the many documents needed to buy a home. We will talk about the area, home prices, Mello-Roos bonds, HOA fees, and anything else that is important to you. (Detailed financing questions will be answered by a qualified loan agent.) A Buyer Consultation also gives us an opportunity to decide if we want to work together. After our initial Buyer Consultation you will have a good idea of what to expect from me, and how we go about finding you the right house, at the right price, in the right neighborhood.
We believe a Buyer Consultation is a very important part of the home buying process. Our Buyer Consultation only takes approximately 30 minutes, but it can save us hours in finding you your next home. My goal is to show you only homes that meet your needs and that meet your range of affordability. I don't charge for this service, but have found it to be invaluable in helping find the perfect property in the perfect location - at the best price.
What influences the buying decision: there are many factors to take into consideration, including what you truly need, which can include issues such as the location, living area/lot size, price, # of bedrooms or bathrooms, # of levels, affordability, desired school(s), access to freeways, and many other variables. All will be addressed in our Buyer Consultation.
