What is a Buyers Consultation?

A Buyers Consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss what's entailed in buying a home. From going over what kind of home you want and need, to how we go about finding you your dream home, to the basics of financing, and then familiarizing you with all the paperwork that is needed to purchase a home in California (this can involve up to 25 forms!). These issues and more will be covered.

We will also answer any questions you have about areas of interest, home prices, Mello-Roos bonds, HOA fees, and anything else that is important to you. (Detailed financing questions will be answered by a qualified loan agent.) A Buyers Consultation also gives us an opportunity to decide if we want to work together. After our initial Buyers Consultation, you will have a good idea of what to expect from us, and how we go about finding you the right house, at the right price, in the right neighborhood.
