About Irvine:
Irvine, California is one of the nation's largest planned urban communities and encompasses more than 55 square miles. Orange County real estate is broken up into areas, which consist of tracts (back East they are known as subdivisions). The areas of Irvine are: Airport Area (mid and high-rises), Columbus Grove, El Camino Real, Northpark, Northwood, Oak Creek, Orangetree, Orchard Hills, Portola Springs, Quail Hill, Rancho San Joaquin, Turtle Ridge, Turtle Rock, Tustin Field, University Park, University Town Center, Walnut, West Irvine, Westpark, Woodbridge, and Woodbury. (Shady Canyon does not have it's own area (it's considered in the Turtle Rock tract).)
