Thank you for all of your help in selling our home. Lori and I greatly appreciated your calm and reassuring manner as we progressed through all of the stages of the sale. From the outset it was obvious you had the experience, skill, and staff support to market our home using modern web-based tools in addition to the more traditional print media. But, what most stood out upon first meeting you was your candor and integrity. You made an excellent first impression and that was consistently proven in all of our interactions with you.
We particularly appreciated that you made a point of staying in touch with us through every step of the way, without us ever having to call. Your frequent updates were impressive! We were also impressed by your use of technology to market our home, and by the quality of video, photographs and brochures that your office produced. In this age, where buyers extensively use computers to view homes for sale, your internet marketing was perfect. We also appreciated your strategy in assessing the accurate value of our home, thus ensuring a high volume of serious buyers, leading to multiple offers. Finally, but not least, we were extremely grateful for your negotiating skills and all of your sound advice on closing the sale.
I hope the above conveys our sincerest gratitude for all of your help in selling our home! Your competence, demeanor, expertise and experience were all the more impressive in that we were selling our home during such enormously difficult economic times. Just in our own neighborhood there were homes similar to ours that had been on the market for many months. We sold ours in a matter of weeks, thanks to you.
